RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email with the subject "CANCEL AN ORDER". Please state your NAME, ADDRESS, and PO#.
- We are only able to cancel an order if it has not already been shipped.
- In the event that your order cannot be canceled, you may return your items for a full refund, less shipping cost.
- Returns can be made within 14 days after the arrival of your purchase for a REFUND or STORE CREDIT.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot offer free shipping on returns at this time.
- Exchanges are not allowed. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a full refund, less shipping cost, and place a new order.
- Items must be unworn, untampered, and with original tags still attached.
- Soiled, damaged, or worn items will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
- SALE items are FINAL. This includes items during Holiday Sales.
- For damaged or defective claims, please contact us within 3 days after the arrival of your purchase. Send us an email with the subject "DAMAGED CLAIMS" and state your NAME, ADDRESS, and PO#.
- If we sent you the wrong item, please send us an email with the subject "WRONG ITEM" and state your NAME, ADDRESS, and PO#. You must contact us within 3 days after the arrival of your purchase.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the guidelines mentioned above are not met.

- Send us an email with the subject "RETURN REQUEST". Please state your NAME, ADDRESS, and PO#.
- Please make sure that you have read our policy before sending your return as shipping cost is not refundable.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. Returns are processed Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm est, excluding US national holidays.
